Suinda Sanchez-Sanabria, BS/Early Childhood Education

Please allow me to introduce myself as your Director. My name is Suinda Sanchez Sanabria, and I am originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education Administration and Special Education from the University of Arizona Global. I have served as Curriculum Coordinator and Group Coordinator for the military family provider for USMC Families. My husband is a U.S. Marine stationed at Quantico. My oldest is 22 and about to graduate from VCU. Our son just enlisted in the Marine Corps. We also have a fur baby, ‘Maximus’. My hobbies are gardening, reading, watching movies with my family, crafting, and sewing.

I chose Early Childhood Education as a career for a fundamental reason. When my daughter was born, I found it hard to trust anyone to care for her while I worked and went to school. So, I found the perfect job where I could take my daughter to work in the morning when I greet the kids. I feel I have found the perfect job where I can take my daughter to work.

My favorite part of the day is in the morning when I greet the kids. Their smiles, hugs, and enthusiastic ‘Hellos’ motivate me. I can identify with the parents we serve, as I, too, was in their situation. I understand how important it is to find a child care provider who cares about you, your child, and their well-being. My work experience in the military has shown me that children are resilient little humans who need love, guidance, and patience.

I look forward to serving you and your family.
